The Board of Missions shall:
1. Identify and recommend new mission opportunities for consideration and approval by the congregation, verifying consistency of proposed mission projects with the confessional standard of the congregation of
2. Implement and manage current approved mission projects
3. Operate within the budgetary constraints of the congregation and/or outline fundraising methods and objectives to be used to accomplish funding requirements.
4. Search for unique funding opportunities within and outside of the congregation insuring that methods and relationships are consistent with Advent’s standards and purpose.
5. Organize smaller groups within the congregation and enlist and encourage other Advent organizations to participate in service in the mission field.
